When it came time for the repairs, there were delays due to staffing issues.If I remember right. Also when they got out here the text in my opinion we're not very nice were short with me as if I was bothering them. They damaged one of the post on our banister. Said they would contact their office figure out the best way to handle it.Whether to compensate us or to repair it. This was in May, it is now August.It still has not been repaired. I called numerous times they finally came out took the top of the post but have not been back to repair it. So now I haven't open hole where my post is. They did a decent job on the repair But as far as i'm concerned, their customer service and their follow up is very unprofessional
