- DSDonna StevesonJul 22, 20265.0Just had our new blinds and automatic shade roller installed in our new house. from the Quote process to install things were a breeze! Fredo F was our Sales guy and not only was he knowledgeable but very patient and walked me through the whole processes. I loved that he himself used to be an installer - he really understood and could explain everything in detail. Our installers Zack and Clayton we amazing. They were very organized, efficient and accommodated our needs ( we had our contractor on site doing other work and Zack and Clayton were able to work with and around them with no issues) Zack has a great eye for detail and has a very high standard for the quality of the product. There were two areas of concern for him and he made sure to explain why those items did not live up to his standard and that he would be making sure these dificenties would be corrected. I would have never really noticed them unless he pointed them out. Most installers would not have taken the extra time to call out and instantly start taking the necessary steps to make things right. This was our first ever experience with a professional blinds installer and I am so glad we went with Budget Blinds. The reviews were spot on and we will definitely be recommending them to all our friends. Seriously A+ experience.
