Avoid buying anything here that they put together, I bought a brand new Blackstone. They delivered it and went to use it and it doesn’t ignite! So they’re only option was to swap it out with another brand new one and guess what!? The igniter doesn’t work, first of all, Fire whoever puts these together!

I ordered a gas dryer on June 7 to be delivered on 6/11. Was told would be delivered on 6/11. Got several text messages and emails keeping ne updated. 6/11 came and last message said would be delivered by 5pm. I got home just after 6pm and my husband was leaving for work, still no dryer. No updated text or email. So I call and the associate says "we emailed you". So I look, ok yes you did. Since we have been on the phone you emailed me to tell ne it could not be delivered. So an hour and a half after it should have been at my house, you email me (while I am on the phone with you) to tell me. So they transfer me to the warehouse to see what the problem is. Automated and no one answers and options to pick 1, 2 or 3 dont work. Dont do anything, the voice promts just keep repeating over and over. Hang up call back, rings 400 times and some guy answers who cannot help me so he says hang on. Well it transfers me back to same prompts as warehouse did. So I call back and finally speak with a manager. They could not give me a heads up on why it was never even loaded on the truck for delivery. I know things happen but I spent my thursday evening in the laundromat because leaving for vacation on 6/14. The order was canceled. That was absolute crap customer service and Lowes will never get my business again.

I placed an order online with multiple items. A few items were ready immediately, and 2 bigger items would arrive later. I received an email saying the small items need to be picked up by Wednesday, and the big items are expected to arrive the following day. I called in to see if I could wait till Thursday to do one pick up for everything since the big items are projected to be ready Thursday. I was told I have to pick up the small items by Wednesday because they won't hold them one more day! So now I have to drive 40 minutes back to back days because they weren't able to hold a few small items for one extra day. As someone who works for a company that holds items for customers often, I find it ridiculous that the items can't be held one more day to wait for the entire order to be fulfilled. I would understand if I ordered it separately, but I ordered and paid for all items the same day.
