  I needed to make a second key for my car and we couldn’t find anywhere but we found Ed’s and he was super quick it was maybe 30 mins and he gave us a actual brand key and cut the manual key down he was very polite and even showed us what to do in the case of a fob dying and very reasonable pricing!

  After loosing my key and being far from home with no locksmiths in my area willing to help, Ed was the only one willing to come help me! He was fast, kind, and had exceptional customer service! After having a bad day loosing my key and being stuck in the middle of a storm, he made me a new key for my ignition and showed nothing but pure helpfulness and happy to help! He drove well out of his way for me! He worked out in the rain and wind with no complaints. Would recommend Ed’s Lock over and over again! Was also very helpful being able to call and talk to a real human instead of a robot or automatic messages. He took pride and integrity in his work, hope to not need another key soon, but I will absolutely call Ed’s Lock if I do, more than happy to support him and his business!

  I sent for an OEM key fob for my Nissan and it was the wrong one. I was so impressed with the patience that Ed took to find the right key fob and then program it. I would recommend him for anything, and we are so grateful that he could help us! I was looking for a Locksmith online, but the first two listed were not even local, used no company ID & said they would have someone call back.They did not seem legit & never could have helped program the fob I sent for because it was the wrong one! Ed had the one I needed. FIND SOMEONE WITH A LOCAL ADDRESS & company name!
