- ERErnest ReedJul 21, 20251.0If I could give less than a star I would. Being a prior Aaron’s customer, and having worked in the rent-to-own industry for 6 years. I didn’t expect to have such a bad time. But after putting in my application, being approved, and being told I could pick up my item, I drove to the store only to be told that I can’t. Now where I understand that they may have policies to follow, It’s their job to teach their employees what those policies are. As a customer, being told two different things and being made to feel like somehow after having paid all my payments, and being in good standing that I still could not leave with the item struck me in a bad spot. Not to mention the item was well over the cost of any other rent-to-own businesses in the area. If you’re able. Just go to rent-a-center. Better people, better products, rent-a-center.

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
