  When I went in and looked around and didn't see anything I wanted in my price range the guy said that they had some used stuff in the trashcan that I could look at. Very rude and disrespectful

  Have had a few experiences with them. I got a washer and dryer set, the dryer started having issues and they refused to service it due to it being out of warranty l, but I paid for the extended warranty. I proved that I bought the EXTENDED warranty, once proven they said they would just replace it even though I had a matching set. The year after I needed a stove (this year in 26,) the first stove fell apart before we even loaded its they fixed it but when we got it home it wouldn’t even turn on. They tried to say it was due to my outlet, even though I had an electrician look at it, and my outlet was fine, once again, instead of offering to work on it, they just replaced it and now I’m having issues with the stove that I’m now stuck with and It is having the exact same issues that the other stove was having where it is like there is something wired wrong. I am not even bothering contacting them because it is not worth it as I am past the 30 day warranty, but considering the lack of customer service when I called to report the first stove issue I don’t even want to waste my time with it. When we went there to look at new stoves because I was having issues, there was another couple there complaining about the heating element in the dryer They had just bought going out and in response to them wiseman’s said they have a surge of complaints because everybody outlet is bad. How is it that Everybody’s outlet bad and everybody’s having the same issue? Honestly, sounds like four management and lazy serviceman in my opinion. I feel like they are selling broken products to get more money when people come in to replace them.

  Have had to take multiple things back to them being half working or not at all and they want to say it’s your outlet but had a guy come check and said it was all good. The customer service is rude. Take your money somewhere else.

  I had an issue with my washing machine with a broken bolt in the motor assembly (that I caused in removing a piece for deep cleaning). I called for service and, after talking things through with them, they advised that this repair would lead to the replacement of the full motor assembly and all parts surrounding it. With labor and parts, they believe the cost would get to be close to 75% of the cost of a new machine. For this reason, they declined the work. Although I am disappointed at having to buy a new washer, I am thankful they saved me the headache and additional cost of a repair when a new machine makes more sense. I absolutely love that they helped me make the best decision, even if it meant they didn't make money on the repair job! Thanks, guys!!
