  I went to pick up my order and was given a damaged box. Before leaving, I specifically asked about the condition, and I was told everything was fine. However, after returning home and starting installation, I discovered multiple items were damaged and some parts were missing. This has caused delays in my work and significant inconvenience. As a Lowe’s customer, I am very disappointed with this experience. The pickup process should not allow damaged or incomplete items to be released as “good condition.” Since the store is far from my location, returning everything is difficult. I am requesting a replacement of the damaged and missing parts or another suitable solution as soon as possible. When I contact customer service by phone, I have not received any effective assistance. I am usually advised to return to the store, and in some cases the call is abruptly disconnected.

  I actually got some help, without asking for it I should add, and found some parts I thought might work. They didn't work and the store took them back without any hassle. It was nice to deal with adults.

  Picked up some lawn fertilizer and some 40 lb bags of softener salt from curbside pickup. I got home and unloaded the salt to discover the bags quite a few holes in them. They even tried to tape them with masking tape. I put the salt bags on a scale, 1 weighed 30lbs and the other weighed 29 lbs. That’s 21 lbs short, that’s half a bag of salt. Then the fertilizer bag was completely soaked and when I opened it the granules were so wet they were not granules anymore, it was paste, absolutely unusable. I called customer service and got an arrogant person who acted like me having 50 dollars worth of wasted and shorter product wasn’t something to be a little upset about. He told me to bring them back to the store. The bags had holes and salt was going everywhere and the fertilizer was open and a nasty paste at this point. I said, sir I feel as though I’ve been cheated and now getting this back to the store would be a huge inconvenience to me.” he said “Is there anything else I can help you with?” Selling underweight bags - That’s theft. Selling soaked fertilizer that is not useable - That’s imports they do not care. Then the customer service shows they do not care. Do not go to this store.

  We purchased flooring and supplies from this Lowe’s back in December 2020 for a rental house renovation, and this project turned into a full tear-out and transformation. One thing I appreciated was being able to get just about everything in one place — flooring, tools, trim, supplies, and all the little things you don’t realize you need until you’re halfway into the job. The staff helped make the process easier, and the flooring has held up well over time. For anyone taking on a DIY flooring project, my biggest advice is don’t rush the prep work. The install goes a whole lot smoother when the floor is clean, level, and ready before you start laying anything down. These photos are from the project and the final result.

  My one-star review should be lower. This store specifically proceeded to waste my entire day. I placed a curbside pickup order that was large, to be fair, but nothing out of the norm for a home improvement project. After I left work, I went to Lowe's, knowing that my order was not ready, but since I had not received any communication, I thought it would be good to confirm that my order went through, seeing that I had placed it at 10 AM that morning. Upon arriving at the store, I inquired and was told my order was not ready, but only the 112 paver stones that were not ready (I was told this would be done in an hour). I asked if I was able to take the items that were ready due to the size of my truck, and was told yes. I asked where to go and was told to go to the loading zone. I proceeded to do this and waited.....for 30 mins before I called the store and was told by another person that they would have someone out there. After an additional 30 mins I called again, stating that I had to leave for another obligation, but would be back when my order was ready. The lady who greeted me this time informed me that on their end, my primary phone number was wrong, even though I had switched it in the app prior to placing the order, and the correct number was listed to text and not as primary. I said that this should be changed. Hours go by, and it is getting closer to their closing time. I called again after never receiving communication via call, text, or email, and was told that they were going to "Talk to the boys". I was placed on hold and stayed on hold for 40 MINUTES before the phone redialed the store and connected me to customer service, who finally told me that my order had been ready and they "must have called the wrong number." This was a lie because two minutes prior to me re-ringing the store, I got an email finally stating that my order was ready. I asked if I could now have my order delivered in the morning and was told that I would have to pay $79 due to their mistake. I asked to speak to a manager, who proceeded to issue the fakest apology that I have ever heard. You could hear the annoyance in his voice, and it did not help at all. So now I am still without my items and hope to pick them up tomorrow after that store was unable and unwilling to help their customer.
