  My Mom's turning 90 and She needed a new lift chair. We wanted the best price and the best quality that we could find. We found just that at furniture row. We bought a beautiful recliner with all the bells and whistles. The folks are always really helpful and I was in and out in no time. Highly recommend!!

  We were met by a very friendly and helpful store employee who welcomed us and directed us to the items we were looking for. When asked for more info, he provided what we needed. We decided to make a purchase and were very pleased with that process as well. We will be returning to this store for our future furniture needs!!

  Always have to order and wait for anything you buy. It happened with a lift chair 💺. Today there was a lamp i wanted to purchase. There were two of them in store. Went to purchase one. Which would have left one for floor display. Nope had to order. Now have to wait 7 to 10 days. Another trip to Fort Wayne 🤨

  If you’re shopping at Furniture Row, ask for Chris! He was absolutely incredible throughout the entire process. I’m extremely picky, and he never once made me feel rushed or like I was asking too much. He patiently carried chairs all over the showroom so I could compare them side by side until I found exactly what I wanted. We ended up purchasing a sectional, loveseat, two chairs, three beds, three mattresses, and a bench, and Chris made the entire experience easy and enjoyable from start to finish. His patience, knowledge, and customer service were truly outstanding. The delivery team was just as impressive. They arrived on time, handled everything with care, set everything up exactly where we wanted it, and were professional and efficient throughout the entire process. From shopping to delivery, the experience exceeded our expectations. We couldn’t be happier with our purchase and highly recommend Furniture Row—especially Chris! We’ll definitely be back for future furniture purchases.
