  First let me say that the sales staff and the delivery crew were AWSOME. Unfortunately that's where the good news stops. My wife and I ordered our furniture a month in advance and we were told "everything will b delivered on the 16th" fast forward to the 16th... We only got 3 mattresses out of all of the stuff we ordered. After a few phone calls, we were told "EVERYTHING will b on the truck Friday." Fast forward to Friday. Not everything was on the truck. Not only was it not in the truck, I was told it was still a month out. How does it take a furniture store 2 months to get in 1 dresser and mirror? The crew were sent with the wrong pieces for my bunk beds, and couch. Chris told me "I will have my crew over there as soon as they are done today" So then I call Chris back and ask him when they are coming... I was told Monday was the earliest they could make it. I'm not sure how that's "as soon as they are done today" but whatever. I WILL NEVER by anything from this place ever again. I still have half a house to furnish, and furniture row will b getting absolutely none of my money. I will also be telling everyone about your horrible communication and delivery logistics.

  We had great experience at Furniture Row. We found a dining table there when we first started looking and ended up going back after looking at several other stores to purchase and found was marked down from the previous price.

  I am very happy with the dresser with mirror we purchased from Furniture Row. It is both beautiful and functional. The drawers are spacious and glide smoothly, and the finish looks even better in person. The entire shopping experience was easy, and the Tony was friendly and helpful. I would definitely shop at Furniture Row again and recommend them to friends and family

  I had a great experience shopping today. Andrew P showed me the area that I came in to look. He didn't hover but he came back just enough to answer my questions. It was a pleasant experience today

  Very good experience overall. One hitch, when I went to pick up the loveseat, they had the wrong one packaged and on the loading dock. It’s a good thing. I realized it was not the one we had purchased. We had to go to the floor and find it and then the guy had to wrap it. No problem, it just took a little longer than expected. We did get a good price on the loveseat.
