I rented, paid for, and moved into my unit without having any human contact. For me, I cannot handle having to schedule more meetings and deal with another person. This is one thing I took care of in the middle of the night. Another chore crossed off my list with no problems!

Absolutely terrible. Do NOT store your stuff here. I have been using different storage units for over two years now and one thing I have learned is do NOT store your stuff with big chain company storage units. I know it may seem like an extra hassle but always check out the place and unit before deciding to rent with any storage place, it will save you the huge hassle of having to move everything again later. If the place does not allow you to visit and see your unit before renting, do not rent with them. They want to scam you like this place did to me. Let my lessons I have learned the hard way be yours as well. These big chain companies care about your money not you. They lure you in with lower prices and then two-three months in they email you saying they are DOUBLING your cost to rent each month. This place genuinely raised my rent from around $20/month to $40 right after just three months! This place also has no one ever in person that you can talk with about anything. If someone is there they are hidden away deep in a room unwilling to speak with you. You have to go into a random room and speak with a customer service agent who is off site god knows where on a giant screen for any sort of communication! Ridiculous! The absolute worst part is that this facility is absolutely filthy. My unit was covered with dirt and dust and rubbish when I arrived after they had said someone came in to clean it beforehand. The hallway was filthy the entire time I rented here. They also have a literal mouse problem in the area I was renting in. They did nothing to solve the problem beyond laying out a few traps that were never replaced the whole time I was there. I actually saw several mice during my time here. I also brought my own lock for my storage unit because I had one from a previous place. I visited at least ten times and between each visit someone put a extra space storage sticker on my lock to match the rest of them. My lock is not theres to touch! I don’t want a terrible company sticker on my lock. I peel it off each visit but they keep putting it back. The last time I was there they had put two stickers on there! Almost like they are trying to annoy me! They are the bad kind of stickers too which leave a bunch of residue so my lock is ruined now. I would try to get money out of them for it but there is no customer service so I’m not even going to bother. This also tells me that between each visit an employee was in my area and did zero cleaning or mouse control the entire time I was there! Absolutely terrible. Zero customer service, no respect for your property, filthy facility, mouse infested, and scam based marketing/pricing. They must fake/bot their google reviews for the ratings to be this high. Please for the love of god choose anywhere else to rent my dear reader.
