  We visited the new Fort Wayne showroom and purchased an electric range. Josh could not have been more helpful. He even gave us a tour of their new property. The delivery crew was courteous and careful as they moved out our old range and installed the new one, and even gave me time to clean. We like the fact that this is a family-owned business that services what they sell and that they have very competitive prices. We definitely recommend Craigville Appliance and plan to return for all of our future appliance needs.

  Easily the best appliance shopping and purchasing experience I've had. Josh was super knowledgeable on appliances and helped me make decisions that I had tried to research online in my free time for several days-a very personalized shopping experience. The pricing was great, and the purchasing process easy, with no pushiness, fine-print, or gimmicks. I ended up paying for the installation, too, after some initial hesitation. The folks who installed the appliances did a great job: They worked fast, tested everything, and left the house in as good of condition as they walked in, but with new appliances! I highly recommend.

  This appliance store is a treasure to Fort Wayne. When you are looking for an authentic buying experience to add quality and appeal to your home, with knowledgeable and truly experienced individuals; you must meet Lucas and Josh. They did not just want to sell us our appliances, they truly know their products and matched that knowledge to our needs and preferences.

  I worked with Josh at their new Fort Wayne location. I told him what I was looking for and measurements that were needed and he researched and found me the best appliance I could get…and he gave me a great deal. I would highly recommend Craigville Appliance!
