They did not just want to sell us our appliances, they truly know their products and matched that knowledge to our needs and preferences.

  I worked with Josh at their new Fort Wayne location. I told him what I was looking for and measurements that were needed and he researched and found me the best appliance I could get…and he gave me a great deal. I would highly recommend Craigville Appliance!

  Checked out the new showroom and I loved it. Industrial vibe with knowledgeable staff. The owner was here and working with customers. I have an appliance store and have a great relationship with this dealer.

  After visiting all the big box stores, I found exactly what I was looking for at Craigville Appliance. The customer service was outstanding, and Josh was very knowledgeable, and he made the entire process easy and stress-free. It's great to support a local business that truly cares about its customers. The price was great!!Highly recommend!

  I recently purchased all my kitchen appliances at the new Fort Wayne location the prices were better then the big box stores and Josh was very knowledgeable and helpful I would highly recommend this store for your appliances.
