- TPTrina PetersonJul 13, 20263.0I have never had a worse experience shopping online. I was charged next day delivery only for the order to be canceled.. no contact from the store. I was then told not only will the item not be shipped but I have to physically come into the store to get a refund because my order has been removed from the system. I have to bring proof (emailed receipt) in of the purchase because they are unable to look it up or refund on their end. This has been an absolute nightmare and hassle. I will never order from AtHome ever again. Definitely not trustworthy!!!! UPDATE: I reached out to their customer service via email and did receive a full refund. I picked up my skeleton in store and they were very apologetic to the situation and were able to make things right in store. While I will never again shop online with AtHome I will continue to shop in store. Because of their customer service I have changed this experience from a 1 star to a 3 star.

I will add more comments once this issue is resolved.

If you are an uber driver or doordash driver do not accept deliveries here. It is a nightmare to return things. Only place in Fort Wayne where they make it a problem. Also wouldn’t waste my money here.

No receipt? No problem!* Returns of unused items in the original packaging will be fully refunded within 60 days (90 days if you’re an Insider Perks member) with proof of purchase through your Insider Perks account or credit card or receipt and a valid ID. Christmas merchandise returned after December 25 will be refunded for the current price of the items, even with the original receipt.
