It was my first time being to this Lowe’s and I placed an order for 10 2x4 and 2 2x6 wood planks. A worker by the name Alex was super helpful and loaded all of the wood in less than 5 minutes and was very helpful in giving suggestions on building my deck.

My wife purchased a washer and dryer for our home in 2023. She picked Samsung and since I told her to get what she wanted regardless of price, she decided to add extended warranties to both units. Thank Heavens she did because the washer broke twice in 2YRS & 10MOS and the warranty company couldn't fix it either time due to Samsung not providing parts. Garrick worked relentlessly with the warranty company until they refunded the full price of the washer! He is awesome! My wife replaced them both (with a different brand) and bought warranties on these as well. Tiffany in sales assisted Garrick in management and they both treated us so well you would have thought we were family! Lowes should be very proud of these two employees! Because of Garrick and Tiffany's amazing service we are still Lowes customers. These two done an amazing job from start to finish!!!

Bought a fridge was told Thursday for delivery Then they said Friday Then Friday came and they said the truck wouldn’t fit in the driveway so they couldn’t deliver Friday so they changed it to Sunday.sunday comes and they lie and say that i changed the delivery to Tuesday which i did not and then Tuesday comes they finally delivered the fridge in the same sized truck as Friday so it could of been done Friday.they leave the fridge in the middle of my kitchen and don’t ask me where i want it and leave a bunch of trash in my driveway,some that wasnt even from the fridge i bought like dishwasher plug trash.terrible service
