  Loni greatly helped us with initial furniture selection providing info on product features, materials, patterns, and accessories. She went above and beyond by taking our construction drawings to layout and fit furniture for each room of interest. She then introduced us to Kelly and who provided further support to finalize design and product selection. We had amazing experience with both of these women and look forward to delivery. Thank you, Loni and Kelly!

  As soon as my husband & I walked in to La-Z-Boy, we were greeted by Loni. A breath of fresh air! She listened to our needs, showed us many options & set us up with the talent of their complimentary design service. We returned the following weekend to make our final choices. Loni had worked on our design all week. When we sat down to look at her & Kelly’s ideas, we were so comfortable with their ideas. They knew what we wanted. So that day we ordered our furniture! We can not wait to see our new rooms. Thank you to Loni & Kelly for helping us! We will be back!

  I always love shopping at La-Z-Boy! We actually live closer to the store in Louisville, but chose this store to avoid the crazy traffic. La-Z-Boy stores typically have almost their entire line of chairs and sofas available in each store, so you are always guaranteed a good variety of styles. They also mix and match their various available colors and fabrics, so you can try out different “feels.” We were looking for a good reading chair for me. I had been interested and tried out several models previously, so I was focused on one style that this store had available in multiple options. I recommend you “shop around” the store the first time you go in to narrow down the models and styles you like and then go in at a later time to really “settle” into what you are looking for. I brought some reading material, since I was looking for a chair to read in. I found several of the options I was looking for and tried one, then moved to another and sat down to read for over an hour in the chair. I was pretty confident that this was what I was looking for. I tried one more model which seemed “better” at first, but after a little bit, my body felt a bit fatigued. The consultant said the first chair had the upgraded cushions and after moving back and forth a bit, I found the upgraded cushions were definitely what I preferred. So, after several hours in the store, I had enough to make a decision and purchased the chair (special order, because I wanted leather). Kelly was our consultant, who met us at the door and asked what we were looking for. She hepped out tremendously, allowed us to just be alone and try the chair, and even brought me a cup of coffee while I read in the store. She kept checking in and when we were ready for the purchase, she explained all the options in detail and gave us the freedom to make our choices with no pressure to make upgrades we were not interested in. Kelly made this a wonderful furniture shopping experience, mainly because she knew what I was looking for and allowed me to try out the chair in the way I planned to use it, and kinda left me alone to make that decision. She was also “no pressure.” She understood that the only way to find a good reading chair, that I would be using for many years, is to sit in a chair and read for an hour or two. Kelly is the best! Ask for her! When it comes to furniture shopping, take your time! It is worth the time you put in! La-Z-Boy may cost a bit more than other brands, but they have so many styles and options that there’s a good chance you can find something that will suit your tastes and comforts. And their quality is better than other stores. This is a great store to look at if you are in this area!!

  Cant review furniture because I haven’t received yet. As far as my purchasing experience, the woman that does the home consulting was great. She gave different options and was very helpful. However the guy who helped with the sale didnt seem knowledgeable and kept putting wrong prices and items in the computer. I got very confused on the pricing. What really bothered me is that I asked if there was a delivery charge and he said no. But then added what I thought was a very high unreasonable delivery charge. When I asked him about it he apologized but kept the deliver chg on the bill. He seemed put off and distracted the entire time. He wanted me to sign a paper before I read it which really was shady. I prob would not deal with that store again. If not for the lady who does the design work, I would rate lower.
