- AHAbby Holeman5 days ago2.0I would stay away from this place. We ordered a table from them but have yet to receive due to it being on back order (which I think every product they have is on back order) but we bought a couch as well. We measured this couch and the door openings to make sure it would fit up the stairs. They deliver this couch and make us take the doors off, the hand rail off (which made no sense), and got it through the bottom door but couldn’t get it to fit through the top door. I even measured the door opening again and it’s wider then the bottom one. I just think the deliver driver didn’t want to mess with it. So they took the couch back. Jalen was great and even thought it would fit. Poor service in my opinion. I will personally never come here again in the future. I think overstock has better customer service.
