I called Firemaster on a Saturday looking to replace a damaged hot tub cover. I figured it would be the best place as it is where I purchased it. I talked to a salesman and he said he would look up the information and let me know if the one they had was the correct orientation front to back open and get back to me. The next day Sunday 7/12/2026 at about 12:15 talked to salesman again this time confirming the cover was correct for my hot tub. So we drove the hour and 20 minutes there to purchase it for $599.00
Upon arrival I asked for confirmation again and the salesman said yes it is correct. Then as they were putting it in my expedition we asked if they were for sure and yet another confirmation. Drove the hour and 20 minutes home only to find out it was side to side open. Called Firemaster back immediately they said sorry and I would need to return it and they would order me a new one but at $899.00 instead they couldn't and wouldn't honor the $599.00 that i had paid for this one. My wife took it back on Monday 7/13/2026 driving the 2 hours and 40 minutes round trip wasting about $40.00 of our gas and our time and to top it all off when she was driving in the construction area something hit the passenger door leaving huge dent . We wouldn't have gotten the dent if this would have been done correctly in the first place and didn't have to return their mistakes. And all Firemaster had to say was SORRY what customer service. Unlike most swimming pool contractors, we strive to offer a broad selection of pools to suit various budgets. Whether you're looking for an above-ground or inground option, we have something for everyone. Many are surprised to learn that they can invest in a pool that offers over 20 years of enjoyment for less than the cost of a family trip to Disney World.
When is the best time to purchase a pool?
The ideal time to start the pool purchasing process is always now! As a leading company for both inground and above-ground pools, our installation schedule fills up fast during the spring and summer months. Delaying your decision will only push back your pool installation even further.
Is taking care of a pool difficult?
Pool maintenance can be as easy or as hands-on as you prefer. With modern robotic cleaners and advanced automatic sanitizers, maintaining your pool can be nearly effortless. At FireMaster, we also provide free water testing to ensure your water chemistry is always perfectly balanced.

Do you service spas?

How much does a spa cost to run every month?
That’s a difficult question to answer, as it depends on several factors, including ambient air temperature, the type and size of the spa, and how frequently you plan to use it. HotSpring Spas offers a calculator that can estimate your monthly costs based on your local climate. As one of the most knowledgeable hot tub dealers, we’re also happy to discuss potential costs with you directly.
Do you clean chimneys?
