- DKdusty kruger4 days ago1.0Very disappointed with how they handled our liner install. We were told not to drain the pool until two days before. When they showed up they said they couldn’t do it without more people. They rescheduled after I had to call for a week and a half later. Now our pool set empty and the walls bowed in. They showed up with the “same amount of people” and said they weren’t liable because the walls were bowed in. Now we’re looking for a new pool store.

Waiting for them to get back to me ( been 2 days 🤦🏽♀️) . They have not even called me to let me know anything. What kind of customer service is this? Lost money on the water, the pump Is new ( the pool guy said it makes that noise when the pump is old ( ummm hello it one year old, we bought it from you🤦🏽♀️) and there are leaks. All that they said tney would cover. DO NOT USE THEM !!! IF THEY ACTUALLY CONTACT ME AND FIX THESE ISSUES I WILL LET YOU KNOW. My mom is older, I was Not there to see the opening and now I call It “ lets take advantage of the elder” SHAME ON YOU
