- SMSophia montpetitApr 20, 20261.0Such a crock of crap! They hooked up hoses wrong, the pump now makes a noise, when I turned on the pump it was like a fountain of youth that exploded. Waiting for them to get back to me ( been 2 days 🤦🏽‍♀️) . They have not even called me to let me know anything. What kind of customer service is this? Lost money on the water, the pump Is new ( the pool guy said it makes that noise when the pump is old ( ummm hello it one year old, we bought it from you🤦🏽‍♀️) and there are leaks. All that they said tney would cover. DO NOT USE THEM !!! IF THEY ACTUALLY CONTACT ME AND FIX THESE ISSUES I WILL LET YOU KNOW. My mom is older, I was Not there to see the opening and now I call It “ lets take advantage of the elder” SHAME ON YOU
