Their water lab and service department are excellent but the crews that do the closing and add chemicals for the closing are disappointing to me especially this last time I had a blue stain all over my vinyl liner and white pool steps which is still there after the swimming season. Now I’m closing the pool next week with a different pool company lower closing cost hopefully not poorer results?

Bontrager pools installed our pool many years ago. The have always opened in the spring and closed in the fall. Always a great job and great people.

The crew closed the pool with no issues. Also installed the winter cover. Very nice guys. Keep up the good work!

John Hawkins was here today and helped me with the lever on my filter. The handle had popped off and he repaired it within a few minutes. This is the second time he’s been here this year. He also installed my new pool heater at the beginning of the season and he is a godsend! I definitely recommend Josh And Bontrager Poolsfor any work that you need done on your pool.

We are in weekly to have our chemicals check and purchase any that are needed. We’ve been doing this for 4-5 years now. Kristin and her team are AWESOME Friendly Care about the work they do and have kept me straight with my chemical balance for years Thank you ladies and thanks for a great season
