  Very knowledgeable and courteous ladies working the front counter, whatever they’re getting paid is not enough. Store has some great pricing on great products and is my go to in town.

  They have helped me maintain our pool since moving into our new home. When we take in water samples the staff does a wonderful job explaining the chemicals needed to balance our pool or hot tub water. Always friendly and never a wait! We appreciated the opportunity to rent the pool robot before we figured out which model we wanted to buy this season. Always have the chemicals we need!

  Our experance with Bontrager Pools on the replacement of our pool line was a good one. Their pricing was inline with the industery norms. The instulation crew did a great job. The install crew lead by Jeff were focused and very professional. We are very pleased with the finished product. Thanks again to the crew.

  Customer service needs some work. They don't seem to want to help unless you approach them. They had me buy a lot of stuff and didn’t seem to test for metals when I specifically told them I had high iron in well water. They also need to assist the elderly and handicapped in taking heavy products to the car. I know the younger workers these days lack compassion but that falls on the company. Hopefully all this stuff works on getting the pool back on track.

  Bontragger installed our Gunite pool and has done all the regular maintenance. We have only the highest of recommendations and compliments for Bontragger. They were absolutely professional, incredibly helpful, friendly, courteous, great ideas, great designs, great materials, and we are beyond thrilled with the final product. They get our highest recommendation. They are absolutely the best.
