We invested in their 5 year service plan 3 years ago and they not only honored the plan but made sure we were completely satisfied with the outcome. The dryer was the issue and Derek & his team not only diagnosed the issue but was able to generate heat along with providing tips relative to the dryer.... Highly Recommend....
- KKKate Kryk6 days ago5.0Our dishwasher was no longer drying dishes and after going through the trouble shooting options on Whirlpool’s website we were at a loss. Ended up finding D1 Appliance Repair through a Google search and glad we did! Jeen was helpful with gathering information and scheduling our appointment. Clayton was the person that came to the house and completed the repair. Clayton is kind, knowledgeable and extremely informative of the problem and what it will take to fix it. We needed a special order on the part and he took care of it all. Now our dishes are back to drying all the way. Thank you for great customer service.

Had issues doing the conversion with no fault of their own. Turned out to be a bigger task then expected. They came thru for me though. Installed and now to get use to cooking on it.
- RCreggie CartagenaAug 10, 20265.0Will absolutely use this company again, unfortunately, nobody truly wants to pay the price to get something fixed but at times you’re gonna have to, and did they did an amazing job, they were fast clean and efficient, as well as doing some on the job training with their worker. It was nice to watch the Moore experience technician teach in a very good subtle way on how to troubleshoot and perform the job. They got our stove up and running in less than an hour. Thank you Derek!!!!
