  Rooted was great to work with. They came out promptly, provided me with a fair quote, and were able to commence work ahead of schedule. Their staff is highly communicative, professional, and does great work! I would highly recommend Rooted; we will use them again for any future projects!

  Leaf removal. I received a written quote for $90. This sounded right since there was just one medium size tree that had not already had the leaves cleaned up because it loses its leaves later than the other trees. They take your credit card number when you accept the quote. I was shocked when a charge came through for $695.47. They sent 3 men for this one tree. They covered our entire property which was not what I had told them to do, since there was just a scattering of leaves everywhere else. They did not honor their quote, and charged over 7.5 times the amount quoted.
