    Nobody to help in gardening, one deaf guy (apparently) inside. I called out "Mr Lowes employee" two times, from about six feet behind him and he kept walking away. The final straw was Aniya at the self checkout. I called her over to assist me and explained that I pushed the button for a printed receipt but didn't get one. She snapped back, "Did you push the button?" I ignored her snarky question and asked her politely if I could get a printed receipt. She snappily replied "I'm getting it now!" I understand that people have bad days sometimes, or just bad moments, but if you work with the public you have to exhibit an extra measure of pleasantness when speaking to paying customers. This little lady needs some training, or another place to work.

    Don’t schedule any type of service because if you need to speak to someone about it you won’t be able to. Store phone system ensures no employee ever has to answer the phone. Had to drive 25 minutes to the store to deal with their mistake.

    If you need delivery service, look elsewhere. We tried to order a toolbox and paid for next day delivery. Four days after the toolbox was confirmed to have arrived at the store (visually confirmed it was at the service counter) and after dealing with at least four different manager, we were still not able to get out delivery. Order cancelled.

    Do not shop at this store. The service is terrible. I bought a lawnmower on April 27th; they promised delivery for May 2nd, then sent me an email stating they had changed the date to May 7th, and now they’ve sent yet another email saying the date has been pushed back to May 14th. Several people had already warned me about this—that the service is abysmal. And all they do is send a single email apologizing, and that’s it. What incompetent people. No compren en esta tienda. Es muy mal el servicio. Compré una maquina podadora el 27 de abril, la entrega la prometieron para el 02 de mayo, luego me envian un email donde habian cambiado la fecha para el 07 de mayo, ahora envian un nuevo email que la fecha ha sido cambiada para el 14 de mayo. Ya varias personas me lo habian advertido. Que el servicio es pésimo. Luego solo envian un email disculpandose y ya. Que gente tan incompetente.

    Had a delivery of 2 sliding glass doors. Which was stop 8 of 29. I arrived on a Saturday around noon-ish. I understand you say you dont take deliveries except Monday-Friday 7am-4pm but when I have already stopped at 3 other Lowes and they accepted 3-5 windows and I show up at your store at 6:30am and you tell me not till 7am you're busy loading an unoccupied trailer. but all I saw through the window was you talking to another employee. You should take deliveries like Menards, 7 days a week and if the store is open, you take deliveries. And the little fella that answered the door sounded like a snotty little rich girl not getting her way. I hope I dont ever have to come here again.
