Predatory company. Don't recommend. I'm now on my 3rd price jump in less than 2 years. It's higher than the rate they tell you your unit will go up to after your intro period. It's just a garbage way to try and keep customers. You think it'll level off at some point and then they screw you with another increase. You're better off going elsewhere if you can.

Renter beware. The company encourages you to rent before you actually need to rent the space, then doubles your rate every 4 months. The rental company price gouges once you put your items in storage. I did call the management previously to discuss my bill and why it doubled- no one will ever call you back. Management acts like they are on your side- they agreed that doubling the fee at four months is ridiculous; however, they will do nothing.
