My only complaint is to who ever thought it was ok to have such an unlevel parking lot. Probably should have been fired. Taking a heavy item on a flat bed is a major pain and actually not safe . Never seen one like it !

I would strongly caution anyone against purchasing cabinets, countertops or other items requiring installation from Lowes in Anderson. Our experience working with this location has been terrible.
We purchased cabinets, countertops and supplies (sinks, paint, etc) to remodel our laundry room and master bathroom in November 2025. It’s now been 5 months and we still have not been able to complete our project.
We had almost completed our bathroom and were only waiting on countertops to be installed. Lowes’ subcontractor measured incorrectly and instead of installers ensuring counters fit prior to installing them- they just glued them down to the walls, cabinets etc. They put a huge gash in the bottom of one of the cabinets by dragging one of the sinks over it. Counters had to be removed due to bad fit and so drywall, paint and cabinets we had just installed were all damaged in the process.
All cabinets had to be removed, drywall had to be fixed, walls had to be re-painted and new cabinets had to be ordered. This set us back weeks and we had to pay our contractors to re-do work they had just completed.
We received replacement cabinets several weeks ago but despite many calls- Lowes has still not sent a new countertop company to measure for the countertops. We are still waiting for a side panel for our laundry room cabinets which has been ordered incorrectly several times now.
These mistakes have cost us hours of time and many thousands of dollars in additional contractor expenses. All to fix errors that should have never been made. I am not even going to go into how rude the subs and salespeople have been to deal with - that’s another issue.
We tried to work with store management- who attempted to push us to the 800 number-or different employees who are either out or on vacation. There has been zero accountability and employees have not done what was promised. When we called the 800 number they hung up on us.
We finally had to go to the regional manager to get a refund on the cabinets that had to be re-purchased and the refund took over 6 weeks. My husband has spent hours of his time on the phone trying to get the cabinet manager, store manager and now the regional manager to fix this situation.
This project should have taken 10 weeks max. It’s been 5 months due to errors, poor communication and incompetence by Lowes employees and their sub contractors. As of today- no call from anyone to schedule to measure countertops and no side panel for the laundry room cabinets.
This has been a terrible experience and there is no end in sight. Needless to say- will never be purchasing cabinets or appliances from Lowes again. Hopefully this review will save others from having similar challenges.

NEVER buying from Lowe's again. We bought a stove and cord paid for next day delivery. Lowe's turned it into two deliveries for two different days stove first then cord ultimately charging two separate delivery fees. We had to go two places to find a cord and the stove had a missing leg which I ordered from Amazon for $15.99. Cord was delivered next day by a huge white truck yes they delivered A CORD charged another $39.99. Lowes no more. I don't believe the ratings.
