- SHSarah Hanft4 days ago1.0We had a load of pulverized soil delivered to our house that was FULL of massive clumps of hard mud and huge clusters of stone. Horrible stuff, we couldn't use most of it. Very disappointed. I called and they said to send pictures, I did and no one responded. We will take our landscaping needs elsewhere.

On my most recent order, there was a misunderstanding over the phone, and the delivery arrived with less volume than I intended to order. When the driver realized the mistake, he went above and beyond by offering to drive back and pick up the remaining soil without an extra delivery fee—I only had to pay for the additional material. Thanks to their quick fix, I was able to finish my project right before the heavy rain. These guys are much more than just another dirt supplier; they truly care about their customers!

- JBJesse BolesMay 9, 20261.0Do not buy top soil from them! I ordered a yard of "screened top soil" to top dress and level my yard. What I got was clay, not clay heavy soil, but clay as you can see in the photo. I could make pottery with the stuff and no matter how much I try to break it up or amend with mulch it is absolutely useless as soil. I've called twice asking to have it picked up and replaced with actual top soil, but "the manager" is never there and they are "too busy" to get back to me and apparently the picture looks like top soil to them, so I guess I'm stuck with a pile of useless clay in my driveway. Considering a suit since this sale of goods falls under an Implied Warranty of Merchantability under UCC Article 2. Update, my wife made a mug out of the "top soil" so maybe we can use it for something.
