  I remember using this company from a while back. An older gentlemen did a great job making duplicate keys for me. I just had a poor experience at Goldy Locks and wish I came back to this place instead. I figured wouldn't make much of a difference who I used but the guy at Goldy Locks was banging on my lock and said it was stuck. This place has people who have been with the business their whole careers while Goldylocks is a corporation who hires people from different backgrounds that are inexperienced.

  These guys charge ALOT for subpar service! I spent the 3100.00 to replace my door and they reuse old parts. My association requires a door closer, and after they removed my closer it started leaking hydraulic fluid. They tried to get me for another 350.00 and told me they would have to put the leaking one on my brand new finished 3100.00 door. I ran to Home Depot and got one for 60.00. They used the old peephole and installed it poorly. It actually chipped the door. I didn’t see it until after they left. I can’t imagine the technician didn’t notice it. Also when they put in the hole for the deadbolt, they didn’t sand it or put a plate on. The door took over two months and it was originally supposed to be 6 weeks. Very pricey and poor work. I do not recommend this company!

  Looking to have a couple of electronic locks replaced at my house. I went to the shop last week and I was told I needed to get measurements on my doors(thickness etc) and then come back. I go back a few days later with the measurements and wanted to schedule someone to replace the locks. I was given two websites to look for locks an was told to go home and search their websites and pick out new locks then come in to the store and ask them to check emtek and or Schlage inventory. I told her I’m not coming back for a third time and she said that was the only way so I’m going to buy locks and do it myself. Talk about terrible customer service. And I see on the website they have 16 service trucks? I’m not jumping through anymore of their hoops.
