This was my first visit, time will tell if it is consistent. . Joe is a good salesman, knows the service well and did not bash the competition that I was currently using which is professional.

I wouldn't hire a company that has zero respect for someone else's home. Train your sales team to just leave a flyer and not ring someone door bell numerous times and bang on a door that clearly reads not to do so!

It’s now May 9th and my appointment has been canceled 4 times with no call, text, email, or anything. Then they rescheduled without a call, text, email, or anything to confirm I was good with the day and time. I called to complain and was given my next service free and a 55% discount on future services. I decided to give it another chance and confirmed my appointment for April 30th. Guess what, CANCELLED with no call, text, email or anything and rescheduled for a date that I didn’t approve. After that, I cancelled them. Worst communication ever.

He needed to refer a future visit with his boss, Adam who, was also a very kind and knowledgeable gentleman finished the job. Wasp nests gone and he explained he left anti wasp powder so any passing wasps would not be attracted to my house. My neighbor also contracted their services.
