I had an amazing experience at Extra Space Storage in Waukegan, IL, and I want to give a special shoutout to Jessica at the front desk! She went far above and beyond what I expected. When I accidentally rented the wrong storage unit, I called customer service and they wasn't able to help me, but Jessica stepped in and made it happen. She worked diligently to get me transferred into the correct unit and made the entire process smooth and stress-free.
Jessica was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, patient, and friendly throughout the entire experience. She truly knows her job and genuinely cares about helping customers. Employees like Jessica are what make a business stand out from the rest!
The facility itself is excellent—very clean, well-maintained, and all units are climate-controlled. On top of that, their online rates are fantastic and much lower than many other storage facilities I researched.

Jessica is very informative and helpful! When I had questions about the space, she showed different sizes and explained the whole process throughly. She is very attentive and knowledge!
