I’m only giving this place a two star because the staff is super nice and welcoming. Other than that do not use this place for a storage area. Over the last few years that I was renting out one of the units, my costs went from 70$ a month, to 170$ a month. That’s an over 100% price increase. Do you wanna know what that 170$ a month gets you? Mouse feces and urine all over your stuff. Every single item that I had was ruined, and I had to pay 500$ of my own money for a junk man to come out and remove my destroyed furniture and belongings. You would think paying almost 200$ a month would get you some decent pest control, but it does not. Look elsewhere.

I received a notification of increase, that sent to my old address. I told the young man who was held me on the phone what had happened. He helped me change the address and give me a discount since the notification went the old address. He was very kind, respectful, and courteous. Thank you very much.
