I really like this Lowe's. It feels like the staff tries harder to provide assistance and a higher level of customer service than the orange and green home improvement stores do.
I was greeted my multiple staff in a friendly manner, the one I asked a question of immediately knew where the item i needed was located and the check-out process was quick and again, friendly.
The store was well stocked, clean and nicely organized.
If only it was closer to where I live, it would be my first stop when needing something.

We ordered a new dishwasher in store for installation and haul away of our old one. This Lowe’s works with CRST Home Solutions for appliance installation. They improperly installed our dishwasher (cracked a cabinet drilling into the side) and the dishwasher didn’t work. We called 24hr after installation to start return. We were unable to exchange for a different dishwasher, but it is also against policy to take out a dishwasher without a new one to put in. We had to do an even exchange and it took 1.5months and 4 total appointments with CRST, missing work each time. We cumulatively spent hours on the phone with Lowe’s and CRST to get this done. We eventually got a new functional and properly installed dishwasher, but the process was far from efficient.
