  I can’t tell you how many different furniture stores we went to prior to Becks. Take my advice and don’t waste your time with the others GO TO BECKS. Awesome staff, huge selection, no pressure and you can take your time looking. I won’t go anywhere else.

  Purchase off the floor…nobody else does that. Unique showroom and family owned and operated. Stop by and wander around, it’s worth a look

  I was referred to this business specifically because they offer upholstery services. For three months after my initial visit, I was repeatedly told that I would receive a call once the necessary part arrived. That call never happened not once. I followed up multiple times by phone and was consistently told they were “working on it” and that I would hear back soon. I never did. I even went in person to check on the status, and the experience was extremely disappointing. Eventually, I gave up. It’s unacceptable to continuously tell customers you’re waiting on a part when no follow-up ever occurs. At one point, I was even told they had simply “forgotten,” which speaks volumes about how customer requests are handled here. If you value honest communication and follow-through, I would not recommend relying on this business.
