The unit was advertised as multi door unit. Upon arrival I discovered one of the doors is screwed shut. When I called customer service to have someone fix the door they said that they will not have it opened up for me and that they do not offer multi door units. It's literally 4 screws holding the door shut and need a latch installed.

The units are very affordable and the staff is extremely helpful. I received a call informing me that during a walk around the property it was discovered that my unit was not locked up correctly which was greatly appreciated.
