Was installing a new sink and as I am not too plumbing handy, went in for help. My sink drain was a few inches short of the damn p trap. Todd and Grant were able to help me out fiding a piece and talked me through what to do given my pictures I brought in. Thank you for excellent customer service!

I tried to order a storm door with instalation 4 days ago, all they did was take my phone number and say that I would get a phone call in 48 hours . After 4 days I have tried to call several times and never get past the AI answering service or if I do no one ever picks up after im on hold . Or they hang up . At this point im good with just canceling the entire thing but i cant even get through to any one to cancel .
So quick update instead of making a appointment to measure they called while I was at work and said they would just come by that day to measure and a sales person would reach out to me thats been several days ago . No phone call and no way to contact them due to AI customer service
ANOTHER UPDATE :missed a call from them at work last week have called back 4 times a day since then no answer to response strait to voicemail . Can't get a hold of customer service or a manager do to AI answering service . I think im going to have to go some where else.
Last update! Acter hudnreds of calls , countless minutes on hold , AI hanging up on me repedtedlt. The very few humans I talked to asking me the same questions with the response of I dont know why they wouldn't call you . And being transfered to every department except the one that fixes my issue . I am giving up . Not for lack of trying but lowes has given me no other option then just paying a higher price some where else .

DON’T BUY CARPET from LOWES: please read and see photos.
My $3850 purchase of carpet was installed on 8/5/2026 - The dye application is screwed up and I now have two-tone carpet.
Nobody is taking accountability and Lowe’s is leaving me twisting in the wind. Lowe’s won’t pay to correct this problem unless the manufacturer pays them!
A claim was filed with the manufacturer and recently denied. I’m being told by Lowe’s Manager, Brad Byers and Asst Manager, Christina to be patient and this is a process. Lowe’s management has taken zero interest or accountability for the bad carpet that I purchased at “their” store on Wabash in Springfield, Illinois. Both the store manager and assistant are slow playing this one.
Absolutely the worst customer service and store leadership I’ve experienced! Not once has anyone from Lowe’s said “we’re gonna make this right!”. Instead, I’m told to just be patient and submit more photos. Thanks a lot, Lowe’s!
Please see the photos and ask Lowe’s why this happened and what the customer did to deserve this treatment? It could have been you, and still could be.
