The worst store in the town of Springfield in my opinion. The store on the north side of town of Springfield is way better. I would never shop here again. Everyone was just so rude and inconsiderate.

I ordered a washer for pick up but the app wouldn’t let me check in. I finally got thru AI and was able to speak with an associate. She was very apologetic and promised my order would be right out. Moments later, my washer was brought out and loaded for us! Shout out to Austin and Selene for excellent customer service!

Tried to buy an ego battery was given the run around all over the store. Finally went to check out to be told the sale price was on line buy only. The app didn't show it that way. I called customer service and got a return call from Christina. She said she would make it right with me. I said I would be back in Springfield on the 20th at 11:30. She said to ask for her and she would take care of me. When arriving the same rude lady said Christina was in an interview and was not available. I asked when she was available. The manager very rudely said she didn't manage schedule. I left and will not give them a third chance.
