  My grandmother recently ordered a mattress from your company, and we couldn’t be happier with the entire delivery experience. The gentlemen who delivered the mattress were extremely professional and courteous. Patrick, in particular, showed sincere professionalism throughout the entire process. He was kind and considerate of our individual needs and safety. He even took the time to explain everything we needed to know about the mattress. He was also incredibly patient, making sure all of my grandmother’s questions were answered thoroughly and respectfully. Patrick is truly an asset to your company, and we greatly appreciate the excellent customer service he provided.

  Exceptional Service and Excellent Products! I was immediately attended to and found exactly what I wanted by feeling completely comfortable asking questions and trying out the beds and pillows. Getting what I wanted was easy and enjoyable, and I was able to trust fully in the delivery guys to help me set up the products in my home the way I want. If you're looking for a bed, this is the place to go!

  The salesman helped us pick out the perfect mattress. Free delivery and pickup of our old one in just a few days. Definitely recommend!! They also threw in a frame or mattress protector for free!

  We had a great experience with Just Beds purchasing a new Bemco mattress and box spring two weeks ago. We are very happy to have been able to patronize a local business AND purchase a mattress made here in Springfield (for hands down the best price!). Just Beds was the first mattress place we went in Springfield and were immediately impressed with Brian's knowledgeable but not overwhelming approach. He gave us all the info we needed, but gave us plenty of time to test out mattresses on our own. When we mentioned we have a dog who sleeps in bed with us he even measured the height of the mattress (plus a few inches for double sided) to make sure our pup could jump up comfortably. Now that is service!! We felt confident with our decision, but decided to do a quick trip to two of the other places (one national chain and one local) just to make sure and were back at Just Beds within a few hours to purchase. The bed and box spring were delivered for free five days later on our chosen time and date. I am extremely impressed with the service and selection here and while we won't need a new mattress for awhile, will be happy to come back and recommend to friends.
