  Luke and Zeke did a wonderful job today with the delivery of our sectional. They were very polite, accommodating, and patient.

  The store was extremely cold. It seems odd to hear associates discussing incoming customers on walkie talkies. The service was very good and the sales associate was very helpful.

  I normally don't review anything but I feel like a warning is needed!! DO NOT work with this company!!! Yes the sales team promises all the things BUT don't be fooled. I could go on with 7 paragraphs but I'll try to keep it short! We had a full house fire in July of 2025 and still waiting on pieces for my bed! We had to fully furnish our home and paid cash!! 1st order: special order couch, received the couch 2months after told and it was wrong!! So we had to wait again for the correct pieces (mind you we drew it put in store). Kitchen table and chairs the only items without any issues (to that later). 2nd delivery: 2 beds and another couch. 1 bed they didn't have the correct pieces to put it together and the feet of the couch was missing so once again we are waiting...another few months and me having to call multiple times 3rd delivery: couch correction which was not put together well as multiple pieces have come apart, the bed with issues and finally our bed...minus a footboard ( months of drawn out issue with not having this piece or that piece) gave me a substitution foot board that fell off the second day after they put it in...also didn't have the correct tools to put the bed together!!! Was told our footboard would be in March..well here's June and zero communication..i call Ala magically the footboard is in and "appologies" for no call!!! Lots more details that I do not want to go into here but stay away!!! Thousands of dollars spent with this company, lots of headaches, lots of phone calls, and ZERO return of funds.

  The furniture market is what it is, but the staff here were very friendly and helpful, and made sure we got what we needed quickly and at a relatively great price. Shout out to Alex (and the two other guys that tag-teamed some things with him on Tuesday and Thursday this week)!
