⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had such a wonderful experience at the Tempur-Pedic store in Old Orchard, all thanks to Regis Rosario! From the moment we walked in, he was incredibly kind, welcoming, and personable. He took the time to answer all of our questions, explain our options, and make sure we felt comfortable and confident with our purchase. What really stood out was how genuine and patient he was throughout the entire experience. We never felt rushed or pressured, which made shopping for a new mattress so much more enjoyable. Regis truly knows how to provide exceptional customer service while making you feel like you’re talking to a friend. We’re so excited about our new mattress and adjustable base! Thank you, Regis, for making such an important purchase a fantastic experience. Tempur-Pedic is lucky to have you!

Just bought a Tempur-Pedic at the Old Orchard store. Great looking store and wonderful service by Jason Jeske. No pressure tactics and simple buying experience. I was the third person in my family to buy a Tempur-Pedic this week.

Tad was amazing during our shopping experience. We came in a couple times to make a decision about which mattress we wanted, and he was very helpful and accommodating, walked us through each mattress and ordering!

Tepur-pedic, is are WORST matters to own and rip OFF! I bought one for $3K!!! Yes I did! I paid $3K thinking it was steal because the one I bought usually cost $5K but I see why it was $3k now because it has a problem! A problem of course that I was never told! After just owning 2 years I started to see my firm and $3K matters it started to sink in! And I was told it has 10 years warranty, no question ask but IT WAS LIE!!!! I contacted the company gave me the run around of course they want to make sure they find a way to deny and pocket my $3K and the fake promises over the window! And I’m stuck with back paid and very bad FAKE PERMOTION MATTERS that’s casing me a back pain, wen I was told this is the perfect mattress that will take my back pain😖😫 it was all ALIR!!! I would recommend anybody that’s seeing this message to NEVER, NEVER , EVER buy this brand and keep your money because I was lie to and now I’m stuck with back pain and suffering. I can assure you nobody that’s my friends and family to never buy tempur pedic. Take it from me it’s not worth the back pain 😢😖😫
