  I recently had a baby, and my mom and husband purchased a recliner for me specifically for feeding and caring for my newborn. I intentionally chose a chair that was in stock because I needed it quickly. I am now two weeks postpartum, and instead of allowing me to focus on recovering and caring for my newborn, the store has repeatedly been calling me because apparently they swapped my chair for another chair with a different serial/identification number. The most frustrating part is that this could have been resolved incredibly easily. Rather than correcting the serial number on the paperwork, they expect to come to my home AGAIN and physically swap the chair. So because of their paperwork/inventory mistake, I am expected to rearrange my time, deal with another delivery and pickup with a screaming baby on my hand. I contacted corporate hoping they would actually take responsibility and resolve the situation, but unfortunately they were no help whatsoever. No compensation was offered for my time!

  My wife and I had a great experience at La-Z-Boy. The sales person, Nick, asked very good questions to find out what we were interested in and was able to show us exactly the type of product we were looking for. He, also, let us know what options we had, which was very helpful. Nick was very friendly and personable. He was not pushy, rather, he guided us smoothly to what would work for us. Again, overall a great experience.

  It was wonderful to be able to customize my loveseat. Everywhere else I went, there were only 1 or 2 choices for fabrics/colors and very limited choices without a console. The staff was friendly and helpful without being pushy. Overall I would highly recommend.

  Matt was a great guy. Answered all are questions. He made great suggestions. Very nice to deal with. Wasn't thinking we were going to be making a purchase today. Matt made it a no brainer to get the couch after giving us all the options. He was actually very fun to work with.

  Sales let us know where to find them then left us to explore. When we were choosing furniture they answered all our questions. Their designer came to our home and measured everything to create a 3D model of our rooms and showed us what each room would look like with accurately sized furniture. They helped us with fabric selections, protection plan info (we have pets), and coordinated delivery dates (very flexible so that we can finish painting etc). The entire shopping, planning, and buying experience was excellent.
