  My wife and I had a wonderful experience at the Schaumburg store with Alex the Manager. He did an outstanding job of guiding us in purchasing two beautiful and comfortable recliners. Our beloved disabled son is so happy with his new chair and my wife also thoroughly enjoys her new La-Z-Boy chair, too.

  Fantastic service by all the staff including the delivery crew who patiently helped us troubleshoot a basic issue. Will definitely shop with them again!

  Excellent service by Sheryl. Also delivery went very smoothly.. delivery by Miguel was very professional and all instructions were followed for delivery at a retirement home.

  Terrible very bad experience was there for 3 hours trying to process couch I was trying to buy their policy is if new customer comes in they will stop w you let you sit while helping new one,I will gladly speak & tell you more bc there is more I can tell you that you should be aware of.i am a senior citizen that is not tech savy sales persons was helping me but had to stop bc mang Matt told her to go help the one that had come on he needed help to figure out to take over had difficulty, I complained. As to how long I was there but he could not finish the task he yelled at me it is not there to do my job ,I explained I don’t know how to do certain things on my phone, he said then learn more go to school While yelling again he was not there to do my job, I was in tears,I yelled back then cancel the order,he said fine & he cancelled order sales person heard h yelling,& said she would take over & would help me she is mama Sherlyn very nice bc bought the couch again, I will tell this storyline everyone this terrible way this manager treated me ,store empty at the time bc he did not know how to work problem he as manager should be able to it made him important to yelled loudly bc as manager he can get away with. Please call me I will tell this in person if you like, my kids want me to take my business elsewhere at furniture at the end of lazy boy. I you can let me know bc I am still angry, it sales lady knows how to treat seniors who are not tech savvy.
