  Michael was so nice and very informative. I Had a ton of questions about yellow jackets and their habits. He came the same day and understood my concerns for my two dogs and the use of chemicals. They really know what they are doing!!!

  Plumber found a wasp nest while he was replacing an outside faucet and the wasps had gotten into the basement insulation. He told me to call an exterminator. A friend recommended modern solutions so called them. Michael Blades, pest technician, called me 20 minutes before arriving and he was wonderful. Very personable and explained what was going on. Said if we still see wasps on Monday to call back because their work is guaranteed. Would most definitely recommend this company

  I was able to get Brandon here within a day Of my call and I showed him problem areas I wanted him to spray and then he continued on his own Throughout the house, garage and perimeter of the house. I was then gone for three weeks but when I got home, I had black ants Indoors and spiders on the front porch. I called and Brandon came over the same day with Ken and they were kind enough to re-spray my front porch And spray where the ants were coming in. It took a few days, but the ants are gone! (No charge of course) Both fellows explained their procedures and the habits of ants and spiders. They were very thorough and also explained to me about the three times a year program where I wouldn’t be charged for filling the bait boxes and I jumped on it. I don’t like critters in my house and Modern Solutions and Ken and Brandon seem to have taken care of that for me. Thank you.

  I've been having a real problem with mites and so forth and my new home and Michael from modern solutions came and made me feel so much at ease he did a wonderful job explaining everything spraying and you know giving me confidence of everything going back to normal they are wonderful I called two other places I will not say their names but they just didn't give up darn. And when I called modern solutions they were here within 4 days. Thank you so much you really put my mind at ease and hopefully I can feel like I'm at home again

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a wonderful experience with Modern Pest Solutions! From the very beginning, they were incredibly friendly, professional, and responsive. They were able to come out right away and took care of our pest problem quickly and efficiently. What really stood out was how knowledgeable and thorough they were. They took the time to walk around both the inside and outside of our home with me, explained what to look for, answered all of my questions, and showed me what we could do to help prevent the problem from happening again. They never made me feel rushed and genuinely took the time to help me understand the situation. We really appreciate their prompt service, expertise, and willingness to go above and beyond to help.
