    Do not do business here. Was told yesterday that the washer is purchased was in stock and ready to pick up today. Went to pick it up. They "can't find it". So I waited until today even after receiving a message saying it was ready for pickup to get my new washer. So then I'm told that they could get it. Well so can everyone else. You're just more expensive. But I needed it now. Was basically told by Alex oops it's on us. Sorry. Yeah no doubt it's on you. It definitely ain't on me. But I'll never spend another dime in a Lowe's. No matter how much I need something. I'd give 0 stars if I could.

    Doesn't seem like they educate their employees on getting money back from a Lowes protection plan claim for a filter. Had to go through several people to be told to buy it, and go online. Yeah, their site didn't work. Said it had errors. Double checked my info that IT brought up for me. It was correct. Site would not mive forward.

    ‼️⚠️‼️⚠️STAY AWAY FROM JEN AT PRO DESK!!!!had an extremely frustrating experience with the Pro Desk at Lowe’s that seriously impacted my business. I was quoted and sold a product at a specific price, and based on that, I scheduled multiple jobs. When I arrived to pick up the order, they refused to honor the price they had already given me. This completely disrupted my workflow and cost me time, money, and credibility with my customers. What made things worse was how the situation was handled afterward. Instead of taking accountability or offering a reasonable solution, the return process became a nightmare. We’re talking thousands of dollars tied up, and it took nearly a month to get my money back. I made multiple attempts to resolve it directly with the store and even escalated to corporate, with no results. It wasn’t until I filed a fraud claim with my bank that the refund was finally processed. Throughout this entire ordeal, one employee in particular, Jen, was consistently rude, unprofessional, and difficult to deal with. The lack of communication, accountability, and urgency was unacceptable—especially given the scale of the issue. This experience has completely lost my trust. I will not be returning, and I would strongly caution other professionals to think twice before relying on this Pro Desk for pricing or large orders.
