    Couch delivered on time. Free delivery for being a disabled veteran but Lazy Boy refuses to haul away the old couch forcing additional expense through a third party and no leather cleaner like we received with the other couch we purchased. Lazy Boy might have quality furniture but there is minimal customer service. Not sure I'd recommend them in the future.

    Went to La-Z-Boy Rockford location. Sales associate (Val) was friendly and we did not experience any high-pressure tactics. Leslee (designer) came out to help finalize our color choice/fabrics for the couch, chairs and rug. We purchased a reclining loveseat, two chairs, a rug, coffee table and end table. Leslee was very helpful and has a wonderful eye and we are truly happy with her expertise. The furniture did take about 8 weeks, which they were up front about. I called for a status of the furniture, and I was notified it was in but they were waiting on 2 throw pillows of which the material was on backorder. I asked if they could schedule the furniture and I would wait on the throw pillows to come in. Furniture/rug/tables ordered 2-11-26, delivered 4-11-26. There was an issue with a drawer on the loveseat and marks on the coffee table and a tech was out on 4-16-26 and fixed issue with drawer on loveseat, the coffee table had marks, and they recommended a new top. I was told the throw pillows will be in "mid-May" as of 5-13-26, I am waiting on the throw pillows. I followed up with the customer care team on 5-13-26 who said that the replacement top for the coffee table has been ordered (but no specific when it will be delivered.) Throw pillows are still pending... During this process, the salesperson called to follow up, however in my opinion they were not providing any helpful information, and referred me to the customer care dept., nor did they call to notify me of the delay about the throw pillows (I initiated that call.) This is not my first furniture buying experience, just my first with La-Z-Boy, and I feel that this has been a very long process in comparison to other reputable companies I have used in the past. I am new to the area I was looking to shop local and went with La-Z-Boy since they seemed to have the better-quality furniture of most of the stores in the area. I am happy this far with the quality/material of the sofa and chairs. 5 stars for Leslee but overall giving 3 stars due to the very long-drawn-out process and my still waiting on the throw pillows and replacement top for the coffee table. To be clear, we did not order any custom fabric to our knowledge, unless the throw pillow material is custom, however if it was back ordered, we should have been notified right away and given option to choose one in stock. In other words, be prepared to wait and be patient...

    Staff was great when we purchased our furniture in November of 2023. After having a repair person out 3 times in 6 months we just gave up. Recliners have already broken, couches have no cushion left to sit comfortably. Made the switch from Ashley to La z Boy but will be switching back. For what I spent on this furniture I shouldn't have had, or been having, the issues ive had. Never again!!

    I have been looking for a new recliner, and I recently stopped and shopped at La-Z- Boy in Rockford. The staff were excellent! After I described exactly what I wanted, I was shown several recliners that would be most comfortable for my 5’1” size. My assistant was very knowledgeable and shared and explained features of each. Then my assistant left me alone so I could continue comparing and trying out the floor samples. The quality of all the recliners was great so I just focused on the chairs with features that appealed most to me. After selecting one, I was able to take fabric samples back home to see which best matched my home decor. The whole shopping experience was fun and very easy.

    Miguel and Omar delivered our furniture and we are so happy with their outstanding service. We received updates prior to the day of delivery and on the day of delivery. Miguel called when we were next on the delivery route to let us know when they were would be arriving. It was so nice to know when the delivery would arrive rather than having a 4 hour window and no specific time. Miguel and Omar were very respectful of our home. They removed their shoes before entering and were careful not to scratch the walls or furniture. They also made sure that furniture was placed according to our preferences. The furniture was assembled, connected, and mechanically tested to ensure it functioned properly before leaving our home. 😊 Thanks Miguel amd Omar- we appreciate your excellent customer service!
