- EHEdward HutsonSep 18, 20261.0Will not own up or take responsibility for damage there company caused to personal property. Happened at a location they service to my vehicle. Then I talked to them i sent email and pics already to crimson valley and then no response after. So my review will stay.
- RWRenee WestlundSep 4, 20261.0We hired this company to remove a screened in porch and put in a patio. Patio looks great. BUT - they left the house where the porch was attached in disarray. They left a live wire hanging, they did not fully remove the portion of the porch that was attached to the house. I had to call them back out to complete the demo. When they came out, they told my husband they would let us about completing the roof, but they did not get back to us. I reached back out because they sent the completed work invoice and I asked about completing the roof, they said they would be happy to send a quote. It has been over a month and I have not received a quote. I reached out to follow up about the quote and was told they would send someone out to estimate materials, so far this has not been done either. For the amount of money paid it - does not feel complete. Communication and customer service seems poor.
