- PGpamela helen gunchickSep 24, 20261.0I would not recommend this company to anyone on the east side of Rockford. Well, because of being so prejudice, this is the only area they serve. They refuse to service the West side of Rockford. I called to have a big overgrown, huge size bush in my sons backyard. My son's house is located on the West. side. A one story. All brick home, detached brick garage. Very neatly manicured lawn, very well kept. The whole block. The whole neighborhood is very nice. But because of the address. And because of their bias, they refused to even come and do a service on my property. We don't service that area. Their bias is quite obvious, these people who even refuse to do a service. Just because of the address. I find that very unprofessional. Very rude. Unprofessional and bias, to be honest with you. They have no place in Rockford IL doing any sort of business.
