  The people on the phones were polite but said they would call me back and never did. I tried called a few times and no one answered.

  Very good! My portable washer I got from them the lid was actually broke on it and could not find a replacement so they actually ordered me a brand new one and they are very understanding and do work with you which is very awesome

  I had a hard time getting started, but finally I got Delivery need a little bit more Rewards for senior citizens that’s on fix income. Payments shouldn’t be so high but when it’s something that you need you need it. Nice piece of furniture service could be better😔😏

  The experience is horrible the totally built wrong the furniture that I requested and top of that they forgot the dresser they said going to bring at the end of the day and they never showed neither call to let me know they’re not coming and top of that they lie to the district manager telling him I yelled to them when is not true the service is horrible I returned the old bedroom set and I saw in the store floor they rise the price like new because is in when condition but rent that bedroom set I rented for almost 6 months the price should be less not higher I am disabled my blood pressure right now is high I have heart condition cancer and I don’t need to go through this for people don’t value their job and a great customer that I have been for several years making payments even before due date with Arona essential the manager Angela doesn’t answer the call and she was rude and the delivery guys always making faces because I complained they built wrong the nightstand I’m the one the made the payment so if request something need to be built properly
