  Wish I could give 0 stars! 100% don’t recommend JTS pools. They don’t stand behind their product. They don’t answer calls or emails. They’ll promise you they’ll help before you buy the product and say they’ll be there every step of the way but as soon as you pay for it they wipe their hands of it. Their “contractors” are a joke who will scam you as well. Then JTS pools will say they just recommend them even though the contractors say how they get business is JTS pools and that’s who they work for. One of their contractors told me JTS sold me a lemon and was not at all what I paid for. I have told lots of people not to buy from JTS when they said they were going to and I will post on Facebook and tell everyone at my work and have my family tell everyone not to buy from JTS pools. Unless they make it right and refund me my money I will be going through with my lawyer. Do yourself a favor and go with another company.

  They never answer the phone this year, we ordered and paid for a pool liner in March and have not received it yet.. last year we wound up at their competitors store as service at JTS was going down hill. I should had ordered there.

  BUYER BEWARE!!!!!! This is going to be long, but worth the read. Dealt with Denise in the shop back in February and decided to purchase a 21ft Revelle pool. Paid in Full in April with no word on when the install would happen. Of course now that the balance was paid no one would call me back or even return an email to give me a start date. Finally a week before Memorial Day they show up unannounced. Then they say they need $270 more dollars for the install because I only purchases a re-install. WRONG. I called Denise who is the one that told me I paid for a new install, however since paying their prices have changed. Denise asks me to pay $200 instead. I said no demanded they honor their price. So the install starts and takes a week and half! Ok whatever I’m excited to get in, but wait there is a leak around the skimmer. They come back and “fix” that. Now time to get in. Apparently they didn’t compact the sand on the base layer because there were sooo many bumps and valleys that were deep enough to sprain an ankle. PLUS you could see the outline of the cinder blocks used for the support posts sticking out of the liner inside the pool! Takes me two weeks of calling, emailing, going into the store, before Darrell, who said he was the Vice President finally calls and acknowledged they have been doing bad installs. He assures me he will come out personally to install a new liner and level the sand to make it right. NOPE send out an 18-20 year old to do the job himself. Ok whatever the bottom is a lot smoother now. Finish filling it up and guess what? Still leaking by the skimmer. Tell the kid that installed and send him a photo and his response is to tell me to tighten the screws. I’m done with this company. I had to spend $100 to fill the pool twice, plus lost $100 of chemicals used the first time. This company has NO business doing pool installs and Darrell is not a man of his word. Forgot to mention that when the 18 year old came to “fix” my pool he had no idea that we was suppose to be replacing the liner. He was told that he was re-installing my current liner.....the one compromised from being installed directly over cinder block. I will it be giving this company any more of my money. I will by chemicals and supplies from some place else. These people should not be in business. Should be zero stars!
