  Aiden called ahead to say he was done early and may he come. Super nice. He was friendly, took his shoes off at the door and explained everything he was doing. He was extremely knowledgeable. Covered more than my issue. Included overall fire safety so I learned a lot. He sent many drone photos, plus the report. I would highly recommend Naperville Chimney.

  I waited WAY too long to get my dryer vents cleaned (to the point we smelled smoke!!!!). They had availability and came out same day. They were great to work with scheduling and the “technician” who came explained everything giving me comfort in using my dryer again! I would definitely recommend (in fact I scheduled them to come check my chimney!!!)

  As a longtime customer dealing with Amy is very efficient and pleasant. Phil and his crew are always on time or early and leave the area around the fireplace cleaner than when they started. We highly recommend them.

  Our flue cap was dislodged during a storm and required replacement. From my initial call to the office through the completion of the technician's visit, I was thoroughly impressed with every aspect of the experience. The entire staff was courteous and professional, and they were able to schedule a next day appointment — a quick turnaround that was greatly appreciated. Aeden, the technician, arrived promptly as scheduled and conducted a thorough inspection of the flue using a fiber optic camera, then took precise measurements for the replacement cap. As a precautionary measure, he also installed temporary wire mesh over the opening to prevent any animals from entering in the interim — a thoughtful and proactive step that did not go unnoticed. Overall, an excellent experience from start to finish. I would not hesitate to recommend this company
