- SZSel Zepeda5 days ago1.0my sister and i went to this location earlier today and while we were waiting in line we heard i’m not sure if it was a manager or general manager but her name was Theresa, yelled at SEVERAL employees, first it was a man who was off the clock talking to a customer and she yelled at him across the store saying “are you clocked out?” and when he said he clocked out and asked her a question she said “you can go now” in the nastiest tone. then another employee at the register was telling her she had to leave to pick up her daughter and this lady didn’t care and told her to wait until she can get there, mind you she was doing nothing but standing behind us in line. the other employees looked stressed out and the whole environment felt uneasy and extremely uncomfortable. i will not be coming back here and i hope these employees get better treatment from management. my sister and i were beyond shocked hearing someone in a higher position speak to their employees that way, so disappointing.

I go in with my young kids 3 & 1 it’s hard enough taking young children into the store but what makes it worse is when the store employees watch and police your kids every move. No need to tell my kids anything you come to the parent not my 3 yr old child. Either way my kids weren’t terrible I would absolutely get on them when needed they’re acting like kids. Didn’t purchase my items bc I felt super uncomfortable. If you don’t like ur job get a new one !
