Clean and well-maintained Orland Park facility in a very nice industrial area, large cargo elevators, loading dock for smaller and larger vehicles, working restrooms on each floor, great prices, and very helpful, friendly, respectful, and professional staff. Extra Space Storage has been outstanding from start to finish. This location is also in a great location. It’s easy to get to with no traffic and in an industrial area that is not congested. The management is professional, friendly, and always willing to help. Their prompt service makes every interaction easy and stress‑free.
The facility is extremely well maintained with great security, clean units, and a layout that feels safe and organized. I especially appreciated how smoothly they helped me transition from my current unit to a larger one — no issues, no delays, just excellent support. Kim is always so flexible and understanding.
