  great experience. ordered multiple pieces of bedroom furniture and the onsite folks at store were very helpful as well as customer service individuals via phone when arranging delivery. i appreciated their honesty when one of the 7 items i'd ordered happened to have holes pre-drilled in wrong location (only a minimal resultant delay). furniture is made in USA & as a result only took maybe 1-2 months (versus >8mo. at other sites) for items to be ready, really amazing and appreciated! finally, i was really impressed w/ the delivery personnel, really nice guys who were v timely and helpful- i didn't realize that unlike pretty much everyone else nowadays Room&Board delivery team actually works for Room&Board, they said they pride themselves on their services - was an extremely pleasant surprise. i'd definitely order from R&B again in future- i have friends who had good experiences in the past when they bought their furniture 10+ years ago & R&B definitely exceeded my expectations & really awesome that (again unlike many other corporations now) they have maintained quality over so many years ! thanks again.

  One of the worst companies that I have ever given money to. I ordered three ottomans , which costed over 1200 hundred dollars for 3 of them!!!... Then they come to my house 45 minutes late, so im now late to work. I answer the door, and the delivery driver and his co worker look at me , (and i'm in a suit with a red tie by the way) and one of them comes up to me and says you must be a republican, huh? I'm like, what are you talking about??" "I might be a conservative, but what does that have anything to do with my delivery and you? He then says , oh, i know my answer now, and puts the ottomans down and then leaves... what in the heck is wrong with him???!!.. called and complained, and then was asked to wait on hold for over an hour till I had had enough.. The employees name was Tim, and the leadership managers name was Doug. Terrible company and employee interaction.

  Outstanding in every respect, not only in product, sales staff and showroom, but also in post-purchase service. A worn out spring was repaired (in our house) quickly and at no cost even after several years of recliner usage. Exceeded expectations ! Kudos to the R&B team.

  Went to room and board love ❤️ great customer service, got greeted at door ,had a sale person ready for tour and meet my home needs amazing customer service smiles 😃 everyone was smiling great personal. furniture Beautiful great quality, great prices, a range of great choices, for your house, apt, condo, office, b an b, this store got it all so beautiful and well made you want to buy it all , got rooms and dont know what to do with them. bring measurements and they'll help you Choose what furniture best fit your home and every room. professional people ready to help you shop all your needs, and make great suggestions. dont know what you want, they help you put together a room that's functional and meets your personality. A must go and check out 🥰🥰🥰

  My wife loves the products, and they're great, but we also love the service. I highly recommend Tony! He spent a lot of time with us answering questions, making recommendations and helped us pick the perfect living room.
