  Our favorite store for all furniture needs. Absolutely stunning collections! We stopped by last weekend and found some amazing pieces to furnish our guest bedroom and lounge room. Riley was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Just wanted to give him a shout out!

  Couldn’t find anyone to help us. Ordered online. Patio furniture was cracking after a year. They replaced it with more damaged furniture.

  Lovely ambiance for a date night, but that was the only positive part of our experience. After taking our order, we didn’t see our server for the rest of the evening, except when he passed by talking to the other team members and tables. Lobster roll was great, sea bass was tough enough to need a knife. Highly disappointing service for such a beautiful dining space.

  Absolutely terrible experience with Restoration Hardware Oak Brook. We worked with Cassidy on a couch order, and she managed to enter our order incorrectly THREE separate times. First it was the wrong fabric. Then she failed to explain that the modular chaise setup came in four separate pieces and instead made it seem like the chaise cushion was one single piece. We researched it ourselves afterward and realized that information was completely inaccurate, forcing us to change the order again. Then, after all of that, she still entered the wrong cushion fill on the revised order. We had to repeatedly log into our account ourselves to catch the mistakes because Cassidy never proactively confirmed anything had been corrected. To make matters worse, when we called to fix the first issue, Jimmy told Cassidy he had called us back to confirm the correction - which never happened. No communication, no follow-up, nothing. We were constantly left double-checking their work ourselves because we could not trust that anything was being handled correctly. Now there are billing discrepancies showing on the account, including charges that do not match the updated order amount. After this many mistakes, we are understandably concerned about being overcharged as well. This entire process has been incredibly frustrating and stressful for what should have been a simple furniture purchase. For a company positioning itself as luxury, the level of incompetence, lack of communication, and accountability was completely unacceptable. We will never shop here again.

  Morgan was our designer at RH and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. She had amazing suggestions and top notch customer service. We appreciated how responsive and helpful she was even after our showroom visit. We will definitely be returning for future furniture and decor purchases!
