- MMMicheline MillerJun 29, 20261.0We purchased our couch at the end of 2024. This was our first time purchasing from LOVEsac. The store manager Selena assisted us and configured the layout and we purchased that day. When the couch was delivered and we put it together the back couch pillows were too crowed I contacted customer service and the said once the pillows get broken in they will fit together nicely. Well they did not after a while I Contacted customer service they were no help. Later to find out deep back pillows were supposed to be ordered for our couch not standard. After contacting lovesac numerous times they sent me 1 deep back pillows and said I needed purchase the rest on my own. After had already purchased the standers ones… so basically they want me to buy all new pillows. I contacted Selena again and she was very short and dismissive basically saying I had a 60 day trial and if there was an issue I should returned it then. So basically do your research if you plan on buying live sac and make sure your sales person knows what they’re talking about. Don’t trust their word.

It’s not that serious to be that upset about a scavenger hunt. It may mess up your numbers but is that really what you care about more?

The moment I walked in the door it was a fun, professional yet exciting experience. I ended up with many pieces along with cup holders, trays, blankets and love sacs in 2 sizes. I will NEVER but another couch! Love the color and everyone that comes over can’t believe how comfy it is. All I can say is check out Love Sac in OakBrook Illinois before going to any furniture store, it was worth every penny spent to have a fantastic experience and great quality furniture!!!!
