  I do not recommend this business for your home needs. We worked with reputable renovation company who works with Ferguson and therefore purchased our fixtures and appliances through Ferguson. So, we spent quite a bit of money for our new kitchen and a powder room. They were nice at first, but their customer service is bad when something doesn't go quite right. Once they were paid for their services, things went downhill. One of the first things is that we ordered a light fixture from them with screws stripped so it obviously had been returned and not inspected before sold to us. This was a headache, and I could not return the other fixtures, as they had already been unboxed. When appliances were installed, things were fine until we realized that the kitchen hood was not the right size for the space. They were able to swap one out for one that fit, but I received quite a bit of attitude for it, even though I ended up spending more money for the new one. They also showed up to install the new hood when I was out of town without telling me, despite me telling them to call me to schedule and that I would be out of town that week. My parents who are elderly were home and were confused and did not know at what height it should be installed, which created a stressful situation. I spent part of my trip trying to track someone down to find out why they would just show up without making an appointment and was given some more attitude about that's just how they do it and never took any accountability for their mistake. Strange. When I finally rescheduled the appointment at an appropriate time, they showed up but ended up scratching the new backsplash. The supposedly new hood is also scratched up from the bottom, and it looks used. I would not choose them for any fixtures or appliances just because their customer service is horrible. I think you also have to deal with them if anything goes wrong with your appliances, but so far, they have not helped me for some issues with my new fridge and keep sending me to other people. It was not a good experience working with them at all, so it would be smart to avoid them. I would choose a more reputable company and I am not surprised by all the bad reviews (See Yelp). A good company is not necessarily one where everything goes right, but one that rectifies its mistakes and takes accountability when things sometimes go wrong.

  My wife and I walked into the store, were never greeted or acknowledged the entire 45 minutes we were in the store. We even asked for help 30 minutes in and told the woman at the front desk we were pretty much ready to spend EASILY $2000 if not $3000 we just had a couple questions and were still not helped, not even told to wait a little bit because they were busy....

  On two separate projects I made an appointment to talk with a sales person in the showroom because my contractor likes to order from Ferguson. On both projects the sales person ghosted me after the appointment, failing to provide requested information and pricing . Its a good thing they have a website because their sales people seem unable to provide any follow up.
