I spoke Yulissa and she was able to get an tech out here quickly and solve the problem. She even got the parts for me and put them at the front so I just needed to pick them up. She was so efficient and nice. Honest pool tech as well! I would highly recommend Russo‘s.

After 10 years my pool wall is cracked and splitting and should be covered by warranty. I called Dan from Russo months ago. He asked for pictures which I gave and now he won't answer my calls or emails. Beware of post purchase customer service as it's not there.
