From the moment we walked in, the place felt clean, organized, and surprisingly welcoming. What really made the experience stand out, though, was Lloyd. Honestly, if all customer service were this good, people would start renting storage units just for fun. Lloyd was incredibly personable—one of those rare people who can explain square footage and lease terms in a way that somehow feels like a friendly conversation rather than a transaction. He took the time to understand what we actually needed, asked thoughtful questions, and guided us toward the perfect unit without a hint of pressure. The facility itself is top-notch: well-lit, secure, clean, clean, clean and easy to access. It gave us that reassuring feeling that our belongings would be safe, but also accessible whenever we need them. All in all, this Northfield storage location exceeded expectations in every way. Between the clean, convenient setup and Lloyd’s genuinely helpful approach, it turned what could have been a chore into a smooth—and even pleasant—experience. Highly recommend… though I suspect Lloyd may set the bar a little too high for the rest of the storage world. Alex and Carol
